A crowd of well over 100 people turned out at the Jonesborough Visitors Center last Thursday evening for the first-ever Dan Eldridge Town Hall meeting.  Dan shared his desire to lead Washington County like a business and apply fundamental business principles to the running of county business.  There was a great interaction with the crowd with Dan fielding lots of good questions. Dan stressed that if elected Washington County Mayor he will make jobs and economic development for our region his number one priority. Karen Wise Bennett and Pam Daniels led the volunteer effort in planning the event and even baked delicious home-made cookies for the gathering.
